Paul’s extensive experience spans the globe, advising executive boards, investors, upstarts and large enterprise companies with data center site selection, strategic development, network deployments, utility power, leasing and overall business case strategy.
Paul earned his B.S. in Management from St. Leo College, and studied Computer Science at Harvard University.

Throughout his career, Crowley has managed a $1 billion annual network infrastructure budget, spanning the globe with multiple investments in subsea and terrestrial fiber projects valued in excess of $6.6 billion. During this time, he also achieved $4.7 billion in cost reductions, showcasing his exceptional financial management skills.
Crowley is a motivational, results-oriented leader with a record of directing top-level international teams to grow and deliver business worldwide. He is highly regarded by partners, customers, and executive teams as a creative problem solver, skilled leader, key advisor, and astute business development strategy leader. In his roles, Crowley has supported a $110 billion global revenue stream.
With expertise in areas such as network infrastructure for terrestrial/submarine cable systems, metro/long haul dark fiber and lit services, content distribution networks, data center relations and design, and internet peering/transit, Crowley brings a wealth of industry knowledge and strategic vision to his work.
